Supports are tailored to each family and will vary according to the specific needs.

Community connections

Family Support Workers belong to the local Family Support Community Network and provincial Family Support Workers of Ontario Association, which promote the sharing of information about programs across the city and province.

“Community Living was there us: From before my son’s identification, to sitting next to me in support as I received the formal diagnosis, to helping me navigate the endless applications and forms, to sourcing out the best support workers and helping me find the funding and resources to cover it all.”

Cynthia (mom) and Benjamin (son)
